The Ursulines Ave project was a complete renovation of 2 condo units in the French Quarter. We divided the units into 3 units to allow 3 different price points. The units were sold at $450 per SF within a few months.

The Rue Beauvais project was an upscale bathroom renovation. We upgraded the bathroom to bring it into the modern era. The homeowners were extremely pleased with the finished product.

The Rosiere St project was a complete renovation of a blighted house in the Gentilly area. The existing structure needed a lot of work, but we were able to salvage what we could to keep the costs low. The house was sold after be listed for 2 days, at full asking price!!!

The South Saratoga St project was a complete renovation of a blighted duplex in the Uptown area. We converted it to a single-family residence and used high end finishes to get to the price range that we desired. The house sold within a month and got the rate of return that we were expecting.

The Music St project was a complete renovation of a 2,150 SF single-family residence in the Gentilly area. We took the job over from another contractor that was unable to continue with the project. We had to replace some of the substandard work and finish the project to our elevated standards. The house sold at full asking price.
